World Juniors Experience

It’s the Summer of Hockey and there are more great ways to enjoy the uniqueness of the 2022 IIHF World Junior Championship - the first summer World Juniors ever in a market that recently had two hockey teams go on deep playoff runs.

Are you looking to extend your game day fun? Make sure you check out the World Juniors Plaza, located outside Rogers Place. Whether you’re attending the games or meeting up with friends, the Plaza will have food, beverages, games, live music, DJs and pre-game activities ahead of all Team Canada games!

Just steps away from the action inside the arena, the plaza is located at the terminus of Rogers Place arena to the West of the JW Marriott Hotel. Enter from 102 St at Plaza way, or 103 St and 103 Ave.

The IIHF World Junior Championship Virtual Show is back – and it’s FREE!

Get your front-of-the-line access to the 3D Virtual Arena – your second screen companion featuring the World Juniors Live Show, exclusive games, videos and more.

You will have a chance to interact directly with fans from around the world through the live chat feature while participating in live trivia polls.

World Juniors alumni will regular make appearances for interviews and unique insights into the IIHF World Junior Championship.

Kingsmill was sensational, backstopping Canada to a world title.
2024 WPHC: CAN 2 – CHN 1 (Semifinal)
Kovacevich and Cozzolino scored to send Canada to play for gold.
2024 WPHC: CAN 5 – CZE 1 (Preliminary)
Dunn and McGregor had 2G each as Canada capped a perfect prelims.
2024 WPHC: CAN 10 – ITA 0 (Preliminary)
McGregor scored four goals to help Canada to its second win.
